Hi there!

I’m Seraphina Zenwood — but you can just call me Sera! I’m 8 years old and I love helping my friends (that’s you!) find your calm when life feels all twisty and noisy.

I play the cello — its sounds are like soft waves or wind through the trees 🌊🎻 — and my best friend Orca (he’s a big, fluffy black and white puppy 🐾) is always right next to me when I teach.

Here you can learn how to breathe like a flower, listen like the wind, and even relax while I play music just for you.

My favorite thing to say is:

🐾 "Hi friend! It’s me, Orca — Sera’s best buddy!

I’m what they call a Newfoundland puppy, but you can just call me your fluffy gentle giant. 🐶💙

I’m big (even when I’m still a pup!) and I’m covered in soft, thick fur that helps me stay cozy even when it’s chilly outside — perfect for snuggling during meditation. My fur is usually black, white, or a mix of both… like me!

People say we’re like teddy bears come to life because we’re calm, kind, and we love everyone — especially kids. We’re really good at swimming too… I mean, have you seen these paws?! They’re practically flippers! 🐾🌊

But my favorite job? Just sitting quietly next to you when you need a friend. That’s what Newfoundlands do best: we’re gentle, patient, and always here to help you feel safe and calm.
